New Balance offers FREE delivery on all orders over S$75.00. Packages are delivered via KEX.
- No delivery on weekends or holidays.
- All orders received for in-stock items deliver within 2-3 business days.
- To deliver to multiple addresses, simply place a separate order for each shipping address. You can do this by placing individual orders online.
- New Balance reserves the right to hold any order for suspected fraud.

Pick Up In Store
When checking out, you can choose to deliver to one of our stores. We will deliver the order to your designated store within 2-3 business days. Once the goods have arrived at the store, we will notify you by phone call for pickup. Upon receiving the notification, please visit the store with your email confirmation within 7 days (including holidays) to pick up your order. If you fail to pick up the goods within 7 days, the items will be processed as returns, and the return and refund process will be handled by New Balance on your behalf.
