The original, 1996 model wasn’t just a cutting-edge fashion favorite in late ‘90s Japan, it was the shoe that helped introduce the concept of sneaker collaborations to the world. Palace’s take on the reintroduced MT580 leans into the late ‘90s aesthetic, with two colorways, one led by vibrant purple and green, and the other featuring vivid teal details against a classic grey toned backdrop, with both options sporting a speckled midsole design. Co-branded details, a woven tongue label featuring a hidden stash pocket, debossed foxing, and an embossed heel counter provide a distinctly Palace twist on a new era of the MT580.
